Warranty
1-Year Water Leak & Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind our installation quality with a One-Year Workmanship Warranty that exclusively covers water leaks caused directly by our installation process. This warranty is strictly limited to our workmanship and does not cover leaks resulting from pre-existing vehicle rust, body deterioration, structural defects, or subsequent physical damage to the glass and seals.
Payments and Financial Policy
American Auto Glass operates on a transparent, self-pay model. Payment for Auto Glass Replacement Services is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified in a subscription agreement. While we may provide documentation to assist with out-of-network insurance claims, we do not guarantee reimbursement from third-party payers.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
An appointment or order must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance. Refunds for Glass Replacement services are generally not provided once a quote evaluation has been performed or specific glass inventory has been sourced for your vehicle, due to the custom nature of automotive glass care.
